7. Sales & Lead Generation Services

Fourie Agency may provide sales support and lead generation services, including outreach, prospecting, client onboarding support, and follow-ups.

Leads generated by Fourie Agency on behalf of a client remain the property of the client once delivered.

Fourie Agency is not responsible for the final conversion of leads into sales, nor for the accuracy of third-party lead data.

The client must ensure compliance with data protection and anti-spam laws in their region when using leads.

8. Payments & Fees

Prices and payment terms for services will be provided in writing before work begins.

All invoices must be settled within the agreed payment period.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

For ongoing services (e.g., admin or sales support), payment is due monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
9. Limitation of Liability

Fourie Agency is not responsible for any loss, damages, or claims arising from the use of our website, services, or third-party platforms we may integrate with (e.g., social media, CRMs, email providers).

We cannot guarantee specific sales results or financial outcomes from marketing, admin, or sales services.

15. Refund & Cancellation Policy
15.1 Cancellations by the Client

If a client wishes to cancel a project, cancellation must be made in writing (email, WhatsApp or signed notice).

Any deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable, as they secure the project schedule and initial resources.

If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client will be invoiced for the work completed up to the date of cancellation, including any third-party costs already incurred.
15.2 Cancellations by Fourie Agency

Fourie Agency reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project or service if:

The client fails to make payments as agreed.

The client breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The client provides unlawful, misleading, or harmful material.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for payments already received.
15.3 Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in cases where Fourie Agency is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control.

No refunds will be given for:

Completed work already delivered to the client.

Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., design taste) after work was delivered as per the agreed scope.

Delays or failures caused by the client’s lack of response, missing information, or failure to provide required materials.

15.4 Ongoing/Monthly Services

For ongoing services (such as admin support, social media management, or sales/lead generation), cancellations require at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable, but services will continue until the end of the paid period.
15.5 Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services delivered according to the agreed scope.

Any chargebacks will be considered a breach of contract, and Fourie Agency reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds, including legal costs.
